Consept development, project management and engineering

Goodtech invests heavily in concept development. Input and improvement proposals from all employees in the group are subject to a technical and commercial evaluation. After selection, a standardized process for commercializing products and solutions is enacted. To systematize the creativity and innovation work in the company, we have established our very own innovation lab.

In the first project phase, Goodtech, together with customers, reviews possibilities and we find the best solutions through concept studies. We ensure that our recommendations are adapted to our customers' criteria. With our experience, we have specialized expertise in requirements, standards, challenges and sustainable solutions.

Goodtech's highly qualified engineers with specialist expertise in automation, IT, electrical, power, mechanical and process disciplines, carry out projects in a number of industries. Engineering is the muscle in our organization, and forms the basis for project implementation together with project management, purchasing, installation, testing and commissioning.

Our standardized project management process is based on PRINCE2®, and we have certified project managers on this platform. This is an internationally recognized method for effective project management. To ensure a successful project implementation, PRINCE2® is based on experiences from project sponsors, project managers, project teams, course leaders and consultants from around the world. Goodtech has improved the implementation of new project improvement points from PRINCE2®.
