Service and Support
Goodtech is a leading, independent solutions and service provider within electrical, mechanical, automation and industrial IT.
The service department has broad expertise in various types of control systems. The department will take over the projects from the project department and provides service and support after delivery. We also have a support team of six people. This team can offer 24/7 support with response time of two hours, if desired.
The service department's goal is to cater to all types of customers, to provide the follow-up that meet customer needs and creating the right value.
Customers with a service agreement gets top priority and the possibility to call outside office hours.
In addition the service department also undertake planned change tasks, maintenance and control of spare parts.
