Service and aftermarket

Goodtech's AfterSales department offers everything from preventive maintenance to training, safety checks, 24-hour support, spare parts and remedial maintenance. The department can also plan and carry out changes and upgrades to existing systems.

Goodtech's experienced AfterSales personnel ensure high reliability throughout the lifetime of the system. By signing a support agreement, we are available on the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The support group consists of experienced employees who can quickly analyse the causes of faults and suggest measures to get the system back into operation as quickly as possible. We are connected to the system via VPN client.

Expert operators and service personnel are a prerequisite for reliable operation without unforeseen stoppages. Our training programme covers PLS, control systems, electrics and mechanics.

Carefully balanced preventive maintenance is the key to a long service life and low service costs. We carry out preventive maintenance on systems supplied by both Goodtech and other suppliers.

Even though a system may seem to be happily operating for several decades, certain parts will become worn, new technology will be launched and equipment will go out of date. Goodtech carries out improvements to and installation of PLS control, develops new functions and increases capacity by upgrading existing equipment.
