Goodtech has delivered a pretreatment system for solid and liquid organic waste and a new compressor station to the biogas plant in Uppsala.
The biogas from the plant is used in the production of fuel, while the biological waste is used as fertiliser in agriculture. Since the plant was put in service in February of 2010, the annual capacity has increased from 10,000 m3 to 20,000 m3.
