Citytunneln

Electrical system, lighting system, information system, lifts, escalators, doors, fans, fire extinguishing system, fire ventilation, pump stations, climate plants, UPS. Selection of a technical system – Goodtech ensures that all safety-related equipment in CityTunneln is controlled and monitored.

A 17-kilometre electrified railway link, two 6-kilometre tunnels under central Malmö, three stations of which two are entirely new. This was the SEK 9.5 billion Citytunneln railway tunnel project in a nutshell.

Goodtech was responsible for two contract areas. Contract 306 concerned responsibility for control and monitoring systems, and fire alarms along the tracks. In addition to this, delivery was also conducted of electrical and control systems for contracts E402 and E405.

Throughout the entire project, the Transport Administration showed considerable trust in Goodtech with consideration to expansion of total project contracts. We've now begun the next challenge with responsibility maintenance during the coming three years. Among other things, the agreement concerns acute corrective maintenance for control systems, ITV, fire alarms and UPS with on-call service 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
