With one format for the packaging, the same packaging equipment can be used for all products. This reduces changeover times to a minimum and at the same time improves logistics.
Goodtech has supplied a total of 13 FlexPacker packing lines to Astra Zeneca. Each line packs, controls and pallets up to 500 boxes of tablets a minutes. The boxes are checked by a vision camera before being packed by a robot and palletised using a servo axle.
